Is your space wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Completely. There are no steps to navigate anywhere in our space. Everything is at ground level. Our restrooms are also wheelchair accessible.

Do you have gluten-free options? Soy-free? Nut-free?

Yes. Click HERE for our Allergen Menu and click HERE for our Brunch Food Allergen Menu. If you have any other allergen concerns, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Is everything on your menu actually vegan?

Yes.

Then why does it say “Chicken” and “Bacon”?

Because those are terms people are familiar with. One of our primary goals is to appeal to omnivores. Part of doing that is familiarity with ordering and expectations.

Why did you take my favorite sandwich off the menu?

Without getting in to all of the specifics, it is mainly because we can’t have a 14 page menu with limitless options. Sandwiches that were on the menu at our old location may reappear as specials at our new location or they could also be made available as premade items in our grab n go case.

Do you have nutritional information for your menu items?

No.

Do you have any healthy options? How can you call yourselves “Strong Hearts” if you have so much junky comfort food?

We have several menu items that could be considered “healthy”, whatever that is supposed to mean. We are vegan for the animals first and foremost. Our approach is simple: encourage people to stop eating animals by serving delicious alternatives that are similar in taste, texture, and convenience to things they are already used to eating.

We have a party of 8. Can you accommodate us?

Probably. We have seating for 65 indoors and 24 outdoors, weather permitting. We’re at operating at a 100% seating capacity in accordance with the current covid-19 mandate for our area.
