Important Update: Strong Hearts is Switching to a New System!
Get ready for some exciting upgrades! In the coming days, Strong Hearts is switching our point of sale system from Clover to Toast. This change will help us serve you better, but it will impact a few important ways you interact with us.
Here's a quick look at the major changes:
New Online Ordering Page: Our online ordering will now go through Toast instead of Clover.
New Loyalty Program: We're introducing a brand-new loyalty program.
Gift Cards: Gift cards will now be integrated with the Toast system, meaning you can use them at both the Syracuse and Buffalo locations!

Switch Date: Tuesday, October 21st
Online Ordering: The online ordering will switch to Toast immediately on 10/21. Check our website for the new links, or find us on the Local by Toast app starting that day.
Loyalty Program Reset: When we switch to Toast, our loyalty program will reset. Any points you've earned with Clover will no longer be available.
Good News! When you sign up for our new loyalty program in Toast, you'll automatically get a $5 off bonus to use on your next visit!
Temporary Gift Card Pause: As we transition, we will stop selling and redeeming gift cards in Syracuse starting on October 21st. This pause will last until all data has migrated, which is expected to be in the first week of November. We'll let you know as soon as we're ready to start issuing and redeeming them again.

We have great news about our new gift card system!
Existing Gift Cards: All gift cards that were issued through Clover and still have an active balance will be integrated to work on the new Toast system.
Use at Both Locations: Gift cards will now be usable at both Strong Hearts Syracuse and Strong Hearts Buffalo.
Better Online Options: The new system features a much-improved online ordering option. You can now purchase an e-gift card today and schedule it for delivery to the recipient on a later date, complete with a personal message. This is perfect for birthday and holiday presents!

Located in Syracuse, NY, Strong Hearts is a fast casual eatery leading the way in vegan comfort food style dining since 2008.
Strong Hearts opened in May of 2008 and was located inside the multi-use building at 719 E. Genesee St. In July of 2020, Strong Hearts relocated one block away to 315 Irving Ave and relaunched its brand and menu. Strong Hearts continues to serve its award-winning fare while offering a highly improved customer experience.
Strong Hearts’ interior reflects the modern vibrance in the emerging revitalization of the downtown Syracuse area while giving a nod to the activist roots of the restaurant. The 3,200 sq. ft. space offers seating for 65 people in the main dining room and outdoor seating for 24, weather permitting.
Strong Hearts was built upon the vegan ethics of animal, earth, and human liberation.
Strong Hearts is co-owned and was co-founded by Joel Capolongo and Nicholas Ryan.
